At Pro Glass and Door, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom glass and door solutions tailored to each client’s specifications. Due to the nature of our business, where most products are either custom-manufactured or specially ordered, we enforce the following policy regarding payments, returns, and refunds: No Refunds on Down Payments or Payments in Full Once a down payment or full payment is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of order status, production progress, or installation scheduling. No Returns or Exchanges All orders are custom-fabricated or special-ordered to meet project-specific requirements. As such, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or modifications after an order has been placed. Order Accuracy Responsibility Clients are responsible for verifying all specifications, measurements, and design details before placing an order. Pro Glass and Door is not liable for errors in measurements or specifications provided by the client. Exceptions This policy does not apply in cases where Pro Glass and Door has made an error in manufacturing or ordering, in which case we will rectify the issue at our discretion.
